Tim Skousen is an award winning filmmaker and commercial director. Zero Percent is his second feature and a major break from the comedy films and commercials for which he is known. His first film is the comedy THE SASQUATCH GANG which won the Audience Award at the Slamdance Film Festival in 2006, as well as awards for best director and best actor at the Aspen Comedy Arts Festival that same year. Skousen is part of Moxie Pictures' well known stable of directors and has directed commercials for Nike, Microsoft, Sprint, Coca-Cola, Nestle and many more. In 2010, he won a Bronze Lion at the Cannes Lions festival for a documentary series about high school football in rural Mississippi made for Cellular South.
Raised in several countries around the world including Britain, the Bahamas, Chile and the US, he currently resides in Utah with his wife and four children.
Robert Fernandez is CEO/partner of Moxie Pictures, a production company with offices in New York, Los Angeles, Bangkok and London. He has spent the last 23 years in the commercial film industry and was the Executive Vice President of @radical.media before leaving in May 2003 to become CEO/partner of Moxie Pictures. He was involved in producing award winning work for clients such as Nike, Apple, IBM, American Express and ESPN. In 2005 and 2006, Moxie Pictures was ranked in the Top Ten of Global Production Companies at the Cannes Film Festival. He is a 2 time recipient of the Palm D’Or (Cannes Film Festival) for Top Global Production Company (1998 & 2001) as well as 5 Emmys, including the 2001 Primetime Emmy for Best Commercial (PBS). In 1997, Robert produced his first feature film, ABOVE FREEZING with writer and director Frank Todaro. He was also the Executive Producer of THE LIFE, a weekly television series on ESPN as well as programming for Bravo, IFC, AMC, MTV and ABC. He was also the Co-Producer of Errol Morris’ 2004 Academy Award winning documentary, THE FOG OF WAR and is a producer on the critically acclaimed documentary SOME KIND OF MONSTER. He was Executive Producer of Errol Morris’ STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE, which won the Silver Bear at the Berlin Film Festival, the first documentary to ever be in competition at the festival. He was also the producer of the opening films to the 74th and 79th Annual Academy Awards. In 2010, he was Executive Producer on a third film with Errol Morris, TABLOID, which an official selection at the Telluride Film Festival and the Toronto Film Festival, which will be released in theaters by IFC Films in July, 2011. This production was the first feature film produced by Moxie Pictures.
He currently resides in Washington Crossing, PA with his wife, Lisa, and his sons, Timothy and Matthew.

Ed Stephenson is a highly esteemed director of photography and film producer. His 25 year career has taken him around the world shooting commercials, music videos, feature films and documentaries. He and Tim have collaborated on many projects together, including the docu/series HEAD TO HEAD, the soon to release feature film THUNDER BROKE THE HEAVENS and ZERO PERCENT. He feels that the ZERO PERCENT is a compelling film - a film that will make people rethink their ideas of incarceration and the ultimate triumph of the human spirit.
Will Bangs composes music for films, tv and other media. His music has been featured in an Emmy-winning web series, films screened at international festivals, on NPR and PBS. His style is distinctive – with layers of guitars, piano, electronics, drums and string sections. In addition to composing, Will is the founder and creative director for Music Box Licensing – a creative music agency dedicated to crafting soundtracks. Music Box Licensing is a small, diverse and highly talented roster of bands and composers with styles ranging from post-rock, hip-hop, ambient and orchestral music.
